About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Safety Professional II to support safety programs across multiple construction job sites. This position is responsible for safety training, jobsite inspections, incident investigations, regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct jobsite safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
  • Facilitate safety training for field employees and leadership
  • Investigate incidents and manage safety documentation
  • Develop and maintain site-specific safety plans
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations
  • Identify hazards and implement corrective actions
  • Support injury prevention and incident management programs
  • Partner with field teams, clients, and subcontractors to promote safe work practices

Qualifications

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in construction safety, operations, or related field
  • CHST Certification
  • Knowledge of OSHA and environmental health & safety regulations
  • Experience supporting commercial or industrial construction projects
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

  • OHST or ASP Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Occasional overtime as needed
  • Travel between local job sites required
